Well it has been almost four months since my last post and it truly is magical living here.
I have deer feeding on my front lawn and some will even climb the front stairs to grab the peanuts we put out for the blue jays.
Winter is into full swing, but if Pensacola Phil was right this morning, there will only be six weeks left of winter. Now that I am happy about because as of yesterday I am the proud owner of a new Fishing Boat. As I stated previously we have the best fishing in the world on our door step and I cannot wait to get out there. Now I don't mean to say I dislike winter. Living in the North you have to embrace it. Kind of like Mother Natures white fluffy blanket. Although the predictors were right it has been a very cold winter (average temp -30) and lots of snow. Today is a beautiful day. As I look out my window the sun is glowing, the sky is a deep blue and the deer are under the tree eating sunflower seeds. Ahhhh it is so peaceful.
I have recently started working part time at a local flower shop and it is so much fun. I have a great deal to learn about flowers but everyday is summer in the store. What could be better?
Life is not perfect, if it was it would be boring, but it is an adventure. Hope you are enjoying the ride.

Day One
Okay, so I am not so techno savy but then I thought why not. There are thousands of blogs out there and I always used to keep a diary so here we go.
As my title says I am a norther girl. Not to say I have not spend time living in the south. Oh and that would be Northern Ontario, Canada. Now I enjoyed living in the hussel and bussel of southern Ontario but Wow...you people are crazy. Stop and smell the roses sometime.
I have recently, just a month ago, moved back to the North and I have to tell you there is sense of peace and relaxation up here. Oh and we have the best fishing and hunting. NO...we do...don't argue.
Well this blog is to be my journey. Tag along if you want to and if you don't, I wish you the best.
